That&#8217;s good for them, and it&#8217;s good for you!<\/p>\n<h2>Traditional Enterprises vs. Project-Based Enterprises<\/h2>\n<p>Next Jennifer examined two different types of organizational structures: the first is a traditional enterprise and the other is a &#8220;project-driven&#8221; enterprise. Now, by &#8220;enterprise&#8221; we don&#8217;t mean corporate enterprise. It simply means, are you structured in a traditional fashion or do you have a project-focused operation, no matter your type of organization?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to\u00a0understand\u00a0the different types of organizational structures, and which type of structure you&#8217;re operating within.\u00a0Let&#8217;s look at the difference between the two:<\/p>\n<h3>Traditional Enterprise<\/h3>\n<h4>Strategic goals &gt; Corporate initiatives &gt; Organizational functions &gt; Tactical operations<\/h4>\n<p>Projects are not always aligned in a traditional enterprise.
